Messaging services may depend on recipient information, available communication credit, provider availability, sender configuration and applicable communication rules.

Schools remain responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of information they enter into the platform.

Authorized data export and retention may be subject to platform, contractual, accounting and legal requirements.
